Founder and Operations Specialist

I built Stellify Construction Admin Services to bring structure, clarity, and humanity into the construction world, because I’ve seen firsthand how easily the administrative and operational side of construction can become overwhelming, overlooked, or undervalued.

As an Arizona native with over 30 years of experience in administration, bookkeeping, office management, and client relations, I’ve worked across industries including banking, business ownership, nonprofit leadership, and custom home construction. Over the past 5 years, I have worked directly within the construction industry managing billing, project administration, payroll coordination, operational systems, compliance tracking, and safety-related documentation and support.

I bring a rare combination of:

  • detail-oriented systems thinking

  • strong financial and administrative expertise

  • construction operations experience

  • and a creative, human-centered approach to problem solving

Education, Safety & Professional Background

I hold:

  • M.S. in Psychology, Positive Psychology – Arizona State University

  • B.A. in Psychology – Arizona State University

  • OSHA 10 Certification

  • Adult First Aid / CPR / AED Certification

  • Certification in Psychological Safety

I have also completed continuing education through the AGC Construction Safety & Health Conference in areas including:

  • construction safety culture

  • psychological safety in the workplace

  • mental health and suicide prevention in construction

  • workplace violence prevention

  • organizational risk assessment

  • team dynamics and leadership communication

  • collaborative construction risk management

These experiences reflect my commitment to helping construction teams create systems that are not only compliant and organized, but sustainable and supportive for the people working within them.

Construction + Human-Centered Operations

What makes my work different is how I approach it.

I don’t just organize systems, I understand the people inside them.

My background in psychology and resilience studies allows me to:

  • improve communication between teams

  • reduce friction in workflows

  • support psychological safety in high-stress environments

  • and create systems that are sustainable, not just functional

I am especially passionate about supporting mental health and well-being within the construction industry, where stress, burnout, isolation, and pressure are often normalized.

Through both operational systems and human-centered practices, I help create environments that are:

  • more organized

  • more communicative

  • more efficient

  • and ultimately more sustainable
